GoodNews was born in Barcelona in September 2020 (Covid-19), with the purpose of bringing back good vibes and reinventing traditional newsstands as meeting points. Since then, we have managed to bring our Good Vibes to more than 30 establishments, more than 2,000 homes and more than 100 offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris and Amsterdam.

Our mission is to lead the coffee and functional beverage revolution in Europe, inspiring an optimistic, healthy, and sustainable lifestyle. TASKS TO BE PERFORMED

• Ensure that all Points of Sale (POS) open on time and in the event of last-minute cancellations, strategically move staff to ensure ensure operational continuity.
• Manage incidents reported by POS through the ticketing system, following procedures with both a strategic and operational perspective.
• Ensure that all Points of Sale (POS) comply with GoodNews brand standards, including consistency in image and customer experience.
• Manage in-store communication elements. Supply and supervise communication elements: stickers, acrylic displays, stands, pricing, etc.
• Conduct regular visits to POS to supervise the aforementioned tasks.
• Prepare reports based on checklist information and propose improvements to the corresponding departments.
• Support our Retail Development Specialist with incidents reported in Paris
• Support the Amsterdam's Trainer if needed with her/his tasks 
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and campaigns that drive sales and product visibility.
• Coordinate communication on digital screens, updating and programming menu and promotional content.

REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for a motivated and passionate individual with the following skills:

• Knowledge of coffee types, brewing methods and use of machinery.
• Excellent communication and teaching skills.
• Ability to work in a team.
• High level of English.
